For a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Another version (shown in Settings), what happened, and what you expected. A screenshot can help; hide any personal habit details first. Never send your Apple Account password or payment card details.

Completing or skipping a day

Tap a day to log a habit. For a habit with multiple options, choose the options you completed. Double-tap a day to deliberately skip it. A skipped day is kept separate from a day you simply missed.

Restoring your lifetime unlock

In Another, open Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account for App Store purchases as the original purchase, and make sure you have an internet connection. The lifetime unlock is a single purchase, with no subscription.

If the unlock still does not appear, email me with the message shown in the app. For a refund, request a refund through Apple; Apple handles payments and refund decisions.

iCloud sync

Another works offline. When iCloud is available, habits sync privately between devices using the same Apple Account. Check that iCloud is enabled for Another, that you have available iCloud storage, and that both devices are connected to the internet.

Allow time for changes to sync. If something appears to be missing, export a backup before making changes. Avoid deleting the app or restoring a backup as a first troubleshooting step.

Backups and removing data

Use Settings → Export backup to keep a separate copy of your habits and history. Store the file somewhere safe. Settings → Restore backup replaces your current data, including data on devices that sync through iCloud.

To remove a habit and its history, open its menu and choose Delete. Archiving keeps the data. App removal does not necessarily remove iCloud copies or exported backups; manage these separately. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
